Welcome to my Patriot Golf Day® online donation page! On Sunday September 6th, I played 100 holes alongside 22 other Myrtle Beach Patriots. It was a great day filled of golf, laughs, and fun. Most importantly, it was a great day because our group will raise over $125,000 for Folds of Honor. Thank you to everyone for your support of this great event, and this worthy cause. I was able to make 25 birdies and 1 eagle! The best part was having my son Matthew ride the last 27 holes with us. It was a day we will never forget and I am already looking forward to next year! Thanks again for all of your support!
FREEDOM ISN'T FREE!
Folds of Honor was founded by Major Dan Rooney in 2007, and its mission is to help provide educational scholarships to the spouses and children of America’s fallen and disabled service members. Thanks to faithful supporters across this great country, Patriot Golf Day has grown from a vision into a movement. It is the largest grassroots golf fundraiser in the country and is a joint initiative of The PGA of America and USGA.
HONOR THEIR SACRIFICE. EDUCATE THEIR LEGACY.
Since inception, Folds of Honor has awarded nearly 20,000 scholarships in all 50 states. This is because of unwavering patriots like you. However, the need for scholarships is continuing to rise. Despite financial support being greater than ever, more than 700 eligible qualified applicants were turned away and went unfunded in 2018.
I've joined this team to help close the gap of unmet need by reaching out to friends and family requesting a pledge. I hope you'll consider supporting my personal page by clicking the Donate Now button. Scholarships are awarded in $5,000 increments but no donation amount is too small to make a difference.
Remember, the folded flag is a constant reminder of those who have paid the ultimate price for our freedom. It inspires us to help equip and educate their loved ones in need of our support.
Thank you for considering my request and embracing the call.
