Our Mission is to be able to help the family members of those that have paid the Ultimate Sacrifice for this AMAZING country.  When you think about raising money, it seems little in the grand scheme of things, but its not about that.  Its about the education that the money goes to.  These family members lost a loved one, and they will continue the legacy of that person.  

It isn't about the money, it isn't about the golf, it's about the future generations of children in this country and the HONOR of their fallen family member.  Please join the Pro Staff of St. James this year and help us with Mission Accomplishment.  As we feel that our mission to serve those Gold Star families and the families of the disabled is very important, we couldn't ask for a better group of people to help us with this mission than the amazing membership that we have here at St. James.  

As a veteran myself, Ben Wilson (SGT/USMC Ret.), I will never stop serving you or your families.   So please join us this year raise our goal of $40,000, and hopefully once again, beat that goal.   We can't do it without you all.

FREEDOM ISN'T FREE!

Founded in 2007, the Folds of Honor mission is to provide educational scholarships to the spouses and children of America’s fallen and disabled service members. Their motto says it best:

Honor Their Sacrifice. Educate Their Legacy.

North Carolina is the second highest recipient state in the country with 456 scholarships being awarded in NC this academic year equaling over $2.2 million dollars. Regretfully, 132 fully qualified applicants went without awards due to lack of funding. There is no doubt the FOH impact hits close to home and the need remains great.

To display our commitment to these families who have sacrificed so much for our freedoms, members of the Golf Professional staff will play a golf marathon from sun-up until sun-down on Wednesday, September 1st. We are committed to playing at least 100 holes each.

Our goal is to raise enough to fund at least 8 full scholarships, which is $40,000. And we need your help!

Our ask is that you consider one of the below options:
