Founded in 2007, the Folds of Honor mission is to provide educational scholarships to the spouses and children of America’s fallen and disabled service members. Their motto says it best:
Honor Their Sacrifice. Educate Their Legacy.
North Carolina is the second largest recipient state in the country with 456 scholarships being awarded in NC this academic year equaling over $2.2 million dollars. Regretfully, 132 fully qualified applicants went without awards due to lack of funding. There is no doubt the FOH impact hits close to home and the need remains great.
To display our unwavering commitment to these families who have sacrificed so much for our freedoms, we are playing a 6 Hour High Speed Golf Marathon "Ringer Style" on Monday, September 6th from 3PM-9PM.
The purpose is for our team to reach out to the community, friends and family asking for support of our efforts with a simple, one-time donation directly benefiting Folds of Honor recipients.
Our ultimate goal is to raise enough to fund at least (2) full scholarship, which is $10,000. This is where we need your help!
