FREEDOM ISN'T FREE!

Founded in 2007, the Folds of Honor mission is to provide educational scholarships to the spouses and children of America’s fallen and disabled service members. Their motto says it best: Honor their Sacrifice. Educate their Legacy.

North Carolina is the second largest recipient state in the country with 456 scholarships being awarded in this '20/'21 academic year equaling over $2.2 million dollars. There is no doubt the Folds of Honor impact hits close to home.

To display my commitment to these families who have sacrificed so much for my freedoms, I will play a golf marathon from sunup to sundown on Monday, December 6th. To make my efforts even more meaningful, I will play alternate shot for my final 18 holes with a Coast Guard Veteran against the other 4 service branch teams. The winner of our service branch alternate shot challenge will be deemed this year’s CCL FOH Marathon Champions. 

I chose to represent the Coast Guard in honor of my brother-in-law, Capt. Tim Barelli who is currently the commanding officer at the US Coast Guard sector San Diego.

My individual goal is to fund at least tqo full scholarships, which is $10,000. And I need your help!
